Gonçalo Rodrigues

Founder · Solution architect

A computer science graduate of the University of Neuchâtel in 2006, Gonçalo has spent close to twenty years designing and developing software solutions. His career blends architecture, business analysis, development and the mentoring of technical teams. After thirteen years as an independent consultant, he founded Swalo to offer a different way of doing consulting — one centred on expertise and long-term commitment. He takes a particular interest in usage-centred interfaces (UX-PM2 certified) and in the concrete applications of generative AI in business.

Nicolas Plancherel

Full-stack developer

Holding a master's degree in computer engineering from EPFL, Nicolas works on backend, cloud and frontend topics. He favours simple, maintainable architectures that stay close to real usage. He first seeks to understand the business logic, and only introduces a new technology when it brings value to the teams. Interested as much in philosophy as in computing, he approaches new subjects by seeking to understand them before using them.

Nathanaël Roberts

Software architect

A computer engineering graduate of EPITA (Paris), Nathanaël has worked for over twenty years on a wide range of technical projects, in both the public and private sectors. His experience spans analysis, architecture, development, infrastructure and technical leadership. He designs robust, scalable solutions grounded in real-world constraints. Alongside this, he serves as a fire-brigade officer, where he nurtures a sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Jean-Daniel Schläppy

IS organisation & governance

Jean-Daniel supports organisations on information-systems governance, digital transformation and the structuring of IT departments. With over thirty years of experience, including twelve leading the digital transformation of the City of Lausanne. He has advanced command of PMO approaches (HERMES, ITIL) and business architectures. He also holds a municipal council mandate, notably in charge of digital affairs, and serves as an expert for the Ma Commune association, where he leads digital mediation for municipalities.
